This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate 3D Computed Tomography reconstructions for case planning to ascertain measurement appropriateness for anatomy and implantation.
• Deliver detailed imaging reports to assist in case planning.
• Conduct advanced CT reconstructions that extend beyond the knowledge or capabilities of the field team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor the case planning workflow across various technical platforms, collaborating with analysts, field teams, sales operations, information technology, and external partners.
• Educate field teams and healthcare providers on the acquisition and interpretation of CT and other imaging modalities.
• Offer strategic guidance on the execution of case planning strategies.
• Input case planning measurement data into CRM software.
• Detect deficiencies and suggest enhancements to the CT acquisition process.
• Create and develop image-analysis training materials for field support teams and healthcare practitioners.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and contribute to team process enhancements.
• Engage in knowledge-transfer sessions to evaluate complex cases and refine processes.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience as per Edwards criteria is required.
• At least five years of prior experience in clinical echocardiography or cardiac sonography within a hospital setting.
• Certification in pertinent imaging modality training, such as RDCS or RCS.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for domestic travel within the US.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with imaging analysis software such as TomTec, Xcelera, 3Mensio, Vitrea, or Circle VI.
• Extensive understanding of the operation of relevant imaging equipment, including 2D or 3D TTE/TEE/ICE, CT, and MRI.
• Moderate to advanced comprehension of cardiovascular imaging principles, theories, and concepts.
• Effective professional communication skills.
• Capability to guide and train imaging specialists and healthcare providers on the operation of imaging equipment.
• Strong diplomacy, influencing, and relationship management capabilities.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment and build partnerships among interdepartmental teams, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.
• Compliance with company regulations and requirements, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
