Senior Specialist, Audiology & Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Planning and conducting training programs related to hearing aids (Signia/Widex) and fittings.

• Delivering product training and hands-on sessions for internal teams (Sales/CS/MKT) and external partners (hearing aid centers, hospitals, etc.).

• Developing and executing training related to new product launches.

• Creating and maintaining educational content (PPT, manuals, guides, etc.).

• Localizing APAC/Global training materials and developing content tailored for the domestic market.

• Providing technical support on product features, fittings, and troubleshooting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Audiology.

• Experience in the hearing aid industry or medical device training.

• Strong training and presentation skills.

• Experience in creating educational content (PPT, video materials, etc.).

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficiency in understanding English documents and communicating via email.

• No restrictions on domestic and international travel and fieldwork.
