This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Keep your career advancing and growth on course as a Senior Sourcing and Procurement Analyst at GDIT.

• Spearhead acquisition strategies during capture to fuel competitive proposals.

• Enhance supplier relationships and position GDIT for sustained mission success.

• Develop sourcing strategies across various categories, providing guidance on supplier selection, negotiation methods, and compliance implications.

• Act as the cross-functional leader for significant procurement initiatives.

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, risks, and milestones.

• Direct the complete execution of complex RFPs/RFQs and supplier assessments.

• Analyze procurement policies, customer needs, and regulatory restrictions.

• Recognize and alleviate risks associated with cost, scheduling, performance, compliance, and commercial terms.

• Coach team members to improve sourcing and negotiation skills.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant experience.

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field.

• 4+ years of additional relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, FAR-compliant procurement, contract negotiations, or a related supply chain area.

• Proven experience in leading complex RFPs.

• Skills in negotiating commercial terms.

• Strong preference for experience in managing cross-functional procurement initiatives.

• Technical & Professional Skills: Exceptional capability to collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend procurement goals and drive initiatives to fruition, achieving cost savings, risk reduction, optimized terms and conditions, and a compliant procurement package.

• Proficient in Excel (analytics/reporting), Word, and source-to-pay, contract management, or procurement systems.
