This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales Engineering to develop and implement the technical sales strategy for our VOC product line.
• Work alongside the VOC Product Go-To-Market (GTM) team to convert product features into engaging, market-oriented value propositions and sales tools.
• Serve as the authoritative figure in the VOC industry for the Field Sales and Sales Engineering teams, offering strategic insights on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer challenges.
• Cultivate and enhance Field Expertise within the Sales Engineering team, emphasizing general VOC industry knowledge and a thorough technical understanding of our VOC solutions.
• Design and conduct extensive training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance the SE team's capacity to communicate value, address technical objections, and close sales effectively.
• Establish and update a repository of high-quality sales resources, including a master presentation deck, competitive positioning documents, and best-practice manuals.
• Create innovative product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs) that effectively showcase the unique value and technical excellence of our VOC solutions for targeted personas and industries.
• Actively participate in critical, complex, or strategic sales cycles as the senior-level VOC expert, offering technical validation and instilling confidence in executive and technical stakeholders.
• Aid in the formulation of successful sales strategies, including the development of playbooks and the effective integration of VOC solutions into comprehensive enterprise sales initiatives.
• Extensive, multi-year professional experience (e.g., 8+ years) in the Voice of Customer (VOC) industry, featuring a profound understanding of prevalent platforms, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in a Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales technical role (e.g., 5+ years), with a solid history of exceeding revenue targets.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a Sales Engineering organization is necessary.
• Proven experience working with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to create and execute GTM strategies.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, with the skill to convey intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong technical acumen and the capability to swiftly learn new software and platforms.
• Evidence of strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time to customer locations and internal meetings, primarily within the US but occasionally internationally.
