This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new opportunities while gaining a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
• Deliver detailed technical presentations and showcase expertise in demonstrating the value of ServiceNow’s solutions in production and at scale.
• Design and propose tailored solutions that utilize ServiceNow’s products and RapDev services to address customer requirements.
• Facilitate technical discussions with customers and prospects, providing answers and guidance on technical features, functionalities, and integration.
• Conduct hands-on proof of concept testing and product evaluations to illustrate the benefits of ServiceNow's solutions.
• Create technical content and materials to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow’s solutions and remain informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical knowledge of ServiceNow and related technologies.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or a similar technical sales position, ideally within the software industry.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow solutions and a solid understanding of use cases and value propositions.
• Familiarity with, or a willingness to develop knowledge in, ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and core platform capabilities (CMDB, Integration Hub, Automation Hub, etc.).
• Technical skills in areas such as Cloud Engineering/SRE, Application and Infrastructure configuration and maintenance, and Application Development/SDLC.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, capable of translating technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a creative approach to developing customized solutions.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
