This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Conduct technical discovery sessions with potential clients in collaboration with sales and our Partner Solutions Lead β aligning their architecture, constraints, and compliance requirements with our product offerings (Embed, Ramp, Earn, xStocks, CF Benchmarks).
β’ Identify recurring customer requests and product deficiencies from your engagements and communicate them to the Solutions Architect to guide the product roadmap.
β’ Create customized solutions that encompass our current offerings, modifications to those offerings, unique integrations leveraging our platform, or direct involvement in the customer's codebase.
β’ Define and develop proof-of-concepts that illustrate technical viability and secure the deal.
β’ Ensure a seamless and organized transition to our Implementation team β delivering PoCs, solution design documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to guarantee the fulfillment of commitments.
β’ Implement the pre-sales playbook β including discovery frameworks, solution templates, PoC standards, and handoff protocols β while contributing enhancements to the team based on your experiences and insights.
β’ A minimum of 4 years in a technical pre-sales capacity (solutions engineering or solutions architecture) within a B2B API or infrastructure organization.
β’ Demonstrated success in executing the technical pre-sales process β including discovery, solution design, PoC delivery, and successfully closing deals.
β’ Proficiency with REST/WebSocket APIs, authentication models (OAuth, JWT), webhook architecture, and integration troubleshooting.
β’ Background in designing and implementing complex integrations for technical stakeholders at fintech companies, banks, or neobanks β involving customizations and specialized efforts.
β’ Strong skills in knowledge transfer β capable of presenting a solution design in a manner that allows the implementation team to execute it accurately.
β’ Effective and organized communicator who can facilitate a discovery call, a design review, and a handoff debrief in succession.
β’ Experience in preparing RFPs and documenting solution strategies that clearly outline how our product and customizations will address a customer's needs.
