Senior Solutions Engineer, Commercial – Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to provide technical presentations that illustrate our products and integrations for potential and existing clients.

• Address technical challenges, assist with data migrations, and implement tailored solutions utilizing automation, among other tools.

• Create, develop, launch, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) initiatives.

• Generate custom reports and dynamic dashboards for the management teams of prospective clients.

• Support the functional and technical aspects of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

• Keep abreast of new feature launches and ensure demo environments for sales are maintained and up-to-date.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role within the technology sector. While pre-sales experience is ideal, relevant consulting, implementation, or sales enablement experience may also be considered.

• At least 2 years of proven success working with commercial clients.

• Required: A Bachelor of Science in a technical field is preferred; completion of a 4-year degree is necessary.

• Preferred: Additional relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, etc.

• Preferred: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, which includes autonomous agents for task orchestration, multi-step decision-making, and cross-application integrations to enhance scalable enterprise productivity.

• A solid understanding of application deployment processes that facilitate successful Cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance.

• Excellent customer-facing skills, including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences towards achieving desired outcomes.

• A creative problem solver with a strong desire to learn new technologies and a sufficient technical foundation to assist with lightweight custom solutions.

• Practical experience with integration platforms (such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
