This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with sales and success teams to present technical demonstrations that illustrate our products and integrations for both prospective and existing clients.
• Address technical challenges, oversee data migrations, and implement tailored solutions using automation and other tools.
• Conceptualize, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) initiatives.
• Create customized reports and dynamic dashboards for the management teams of prospective clients.
• Support the functional and technical aspects of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Keep abreast of new feature launches and ensure demo environments are regularly updated for sales purposes.
• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position within the technology sector.
• At least 2 years of proven success working with commercial clients.
• Required: Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline preferred; completion of a 4-year degree.
• Preferred: Additional relevant professional certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.).
• Preferred: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing agentic workflow automation leveraging AI platforms.
• A solid understanding of application deployment processes that facilitate effective Cloud transformation.
• Excellent customer-facing abilities, including the capacity to persuade technical and executive audiences toward desired outcomes.
• Innovative problem solver with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
• Practical experience with integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
