This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to assist in enterprise opportunities from the technical discovery phase to closure.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Create and present engaging demonstrations and sample GenAI applications that highlight Opik’s capabilities in areas such as:
• LLM evaluation
• Agent observability
• Trace and span analysis
• Regression testing
• Prompt and configuration management
• Production AI monitoring and governance
• Design and implement enterprise proof-of-concepts with quantifiable success criteria linked to customer business goals.
• Assist customers in deploying AI agents and GenAI applications in production settings.
• Support MEDDPICC qualification, including validating technical pain points, aligning decision criteria, positioning against competitors, and assessing deployment readiness.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions for customers into onboarding and post-sales deployment.
• Work together with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, identify product gaps, outline technical requirements, and provide competitive insights.
• Develop reusable demo assets, create technical enablement content, and establish evaluation frameworks for the field organization.
• Contribute to the development of standardized demo procedures, technical messaging, and best practices for customer engagement.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience in supporting enterprise SaaS, AI infrastructure, developer tools, or observability platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, APIs, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.

• This position will be based in the USA, working remotely with a global team (with a significant presence in Europe and Israel) - some flexibility in work hours will be necessary.
