Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of Acquia’s products, solutions, and their value propositions.

• Identify customer business needs to customize the appropriate solution utilizing Acquia products to ensure customer success.

• Develop solution proposals, presentations, and various communications for customers.

• Conduct research, define scope, and estimate Drupal solutions for enterprise-level applications.

• Address competitive challenges within accounts and inform potential clients about Acquia’s core values and advantages.

• Ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery by guiding relevant teams regarding the solution design.

• Lead or take part in customer meetings while fostering strong relationships with partners and prospects.

• Collaborate with the product team to advocate for customer requests and shape the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable technical qualification, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Information Services.

• 5-9 years of experience in a customer-facing position; prior experience in a sales or pre-sales role is highly desirable.

• Experience in a SaaS environment or familiarity with Drupal and cloud infrastructure.

• A strong enthusiasm for the web and open-source development.
