Senior Solutions Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of technology and business solutions.

• Serve as the liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution.

• Lead multiple ongoing projects while ensuring they align with strategic business goals.

• Establish and uphold quality standards throughout all phases of the project and its deliverables.

• Develop and implement strategies for organizational readiness.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and spearhead change management initiatives.

• Conduct data validation and perform system compliance audits.

• Manage project budgets, monitor resource utilization, and optimize costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience within a software or technology setting.

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Delivery Manager or in a similar project/program management position.

• Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level implementation projects successfully.

• Established experience with the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience in developing and executing training programs and strategies for end-user enablement.

• Background in business systems analysis and process optimization.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and quality frameworks.

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business solutions (e.g., AI-driven automation, machine learning integration, intelligent systems).

• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, and Visio.

• Experience with data analytics, validation, and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with business systems and enterprise software platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.

• Preferred: Professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), Scrum Master (CSM), or other Agile certifications.
