This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee customer migration and platform adoption efforts from outdated systems to the upgraded insurance platform.
• Create and implement tailored migration strategies, adoption roadmaps, and change management plans for customers.
• Support customers during intricate transition periods while reducing operational interruptions and risks.
• Serve as a change leader, assisting customers in comprehending and utilizing new platform features and operational methods.
• Collaborate across various teams including Client Engagement, Product, Technology, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure coherence and execution.
• Facilitate strategic conversations regarding APIs, data modernization, AI-driven workflows, and integration architecture.
• Identify, oversee, and proactively address adoption and migration challenges throughout customer programs.
• Gather customer insights and contribute feedback to product, implementation, and adoption frameworks to enhance scalability.
• Significant experience in solution consulting, implementation consulting, customer success, or enterprise transformation roles within intricate, multi-stakeholder environments.
• A proven history of guiding customers through extensive platform migrations, preferably from legacy systems to contemporary cloud or data-centric platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance sector, especially concerning carrier operations, workflows, and enterprise modernization projects.
• Proven capability to lead customer adoption and change management initiatives, ensuring a successful behavioral and operational transition to new platforms.
• Ability to effectively communicate the advantages of platform modernization, converting technical features into measurable business results and ROI.
• Strong comprehension of API-driven architectures, cloud platforms, data integration, and modern enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in aligning senior customers and internal stakeholders across complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across Product, Technology, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, fostering alignment and execution without direct authority.
