Senior Solutions Consultant – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Interact with healthcare clients across various levels (Solution Architects, VPs, Directors of IT, and Technical Administrators); foster relationships, promote Omnissa solutions, and offer domain expertise to facilitate business closure.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, which include: technical sales presentations, architecture design discussions, competitive displacement, proof-of-concept initiatives, responses to RFP/RFI, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.

• Assess customers' business and technology goals by asking insightful questions that are relevant to the client, collecting information that empowers the sales team to be more effective and responsive to client needs.

• Design and propose tailored solutions that set Omnissa software and services apart while fulfilling client requirements and objectives.

• Acquire comprehensive technical knowledge of Omnissa and develop expertise within the relevant technology domain.

• Take on the role of an advisory team leader, coordinating a group of domain experts, collaborating on challenges and solutions, and gathering insights on industry trends, customer demands, and competitive analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Technical pre-sales and/or consulting or similar industry experience.

• Proficient in server administration and configuration (e.g., Windows Web Server, Active Directory, and cloud directory services such as Okta and Entra ID).

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Design.

• Excellent presentation skills, along with the ability to deliver high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.

• Strong listening, reasoning, and objection-handling abilities.

• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional time management capabilities.

• Experience in the healthcare sector - EMRs, Security, Administration, End User Computing.

• Willingness to travel flexibly up to 50% of the time.

• Solid background in Desktop Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, Citrix; Microsoft RDS.

• Proven track record of working with mobile technologies from AirWatch, MobileIron, Microsoft, and/or Citrix.

• Experience in configuring and deploying mobile device platforms.

• Familiarity with Identity Access Management systems.

• Experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and managing, configuring, and deploying Windows applications in an Enterprise environment.
