Senior Solutions Consultant

📋 Description

• Drive the solution strategy for critical opportunities, encompassing discovery, documentation, and alignment with stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively across functions such as Product, Services, Architects, and Sales to assess design feasibility and delivery methods.

• Create and enhance solution narratives that link business objectives, product value, and vision for implementation.

• Act as the final reviewer or quality benchmark for solution assets developed by colleagues; offer coaching and constructive feedback.

• Participate in demo planning, stakeholder engagement strategies, and competitive positioning during active projects.

• Recognize patterns or challenges in opportunities and suggest enhancements to frameworks, processes, or tools.

• Aid in onboarding and enablement by transforming personal expertise into reusable resources and coaching sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in presales, consulting, solution design, or architecture within a SaaS organization (preferably in GovTech).

• Demonstrated experience in independently leading discovery, solution design, and internal coordination for intricate opportunities.

• Excellent executive communication abilities with the capacity to tailor messaging to suit stakeholder roles and agency priorities.

• Proficient in designing modular, scalable solutions that align with product capabilities, mission context, and delivery feasibility.

• Comfortable mentoring colleagues, refining internal tools, and contributing to process enhancements.

• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce), collaboration tools (Teams), and internal documentation platforms.
