This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to facilitate discovery and confirmation sessions with potential customers, pinpointing essential needs, existing workflows, and key success criteria.
• Create detailed workflow maps and design customized data solutions that align seamlessly with the prospect's technical specifications and overarching business goals.
• Develop and implement testing and evaluation strategies for Infutor Data solutions in close partnership with prospective clients and internal sales teams.
• Perform in-depth data analyses, converting intricate analytical findings into engaging, easily digestible presentations and ROI narratives for potential clients.
• Present impactful evaluations and data insights (both virtually and face-to-face) to executive stakeholders at major corporations.
• Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for Infutor Data solutions, offering guidance and establishing credibility with both internal teams and external clients.
• Create comprehensive implementation plans that outline project scope, success metrics, onboarding timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure smooth transitions to post-sale teams by closely collaborating with Implementation Engineers to guarantee the proposed solution is executed as intended.
• Collect and integrate market insights from prospect engagements to proactively guide cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Recognize and advocate for opportunities that enhance process efficiency, foster innovation, and promote cross-functional development within the organization.
• Mentor colleagues and actively engage in the ongoing growth, culture, and success of the Solutions Consulting team.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the evolving demands of the business.
• Over 10 years of experience in an external-facing capacity within Solutions Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, or Analytics for DAAS, SAAS, or other sophisticated, analytic, information-driven solutions.
• Highly self-motivated with a demonstrated history of high performance.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Google Suite.
• Comfortable working with and analyzing extensive data sets (millions of rows).
• Expertise in Snowflake, Salesforce.com, Tableau, SQL, AWS, Large Language Models for business, and the Value Selling Framework.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, APIs, and web technologies to facilitate implementations is advantageous.
• A background in the performance marketing sector and/or consumer data industry is a plus.
