This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Facilitate in-depth technical discovery sessions to comprehend customer workflows spanning DevOps, Cloud, and Security teams.

• Create and deliver customized architectural designs that incorporate Akeyless into various environments (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid-cloud).

• Provide impactful product demonstrations that showcase the 'Akeyless Advantage'—particularly our SaaS-native user-friendliness and zero-knowledge DFC™ encryption.

• Take ownership of the technical success by managing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demonstrating the platform's value within the customer’s infrastructure.

• Leverage your extensive knowledge of the secrets management landscape to effectively differentiate Akeyless from competitors, emphasizing TCO reduction and operational efficiency.

• Serve as a liaison between our field teams and the Product/R&D departments, advocating for new features based on insights from the market.

• Lead the technical responses for RFIs/RFPs and navigate intricate security/compliance audits with potential CISOs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a pre-sales Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer capacity, ideally within Cybersecurity or DevOps.

• Practical expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and at least one major Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledgeable in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins), and IAM protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).

• An understanding of Secrets Management, PKI, SSH, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a considerable advantage.

• Outstanding presentation abilities and the capability to articulate complex cryptographic concepts to both developers and executive stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as necessary (up to 25-30%).
