Senior Solutions Architect, Banking and Capital Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the effective adoption of Chainlink products within the capital markets sector by forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, including major financial institutions, and offering technical guidance and support throughout the sales and implementation phases.

• Take the lead in gathering requirements, defining project scopes, and designing innovative solutions that utilize Chainlink products to tackle specific use cases and challenges in the capital markets industry.

• Play a crucial role in shaping the Chainlink capital markets product strategy by offering valuable insights, market feedback, and technical expertise, thus influencing the product suite's direction and roadmap.

• Work collaboratively with internal technical teams, including developers and engineers, to provide feedback and guidance on product enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature development, ensuring that the requirements of the capital markets are effectively met.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the capital markets industry, including market trends, challenges, and emerging technologies, to effectively position and promote Chainlink products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in technical pre/post-sales roles, working with major institutions in the capital markets sector.

• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and related areas such as DeFi, tokenization/digital assets, and digital identity.

• Practical experience with middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, and APIs.

• Proven ability to build and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and independently address functional and technical aspects of proposals.

• Ability to respond independently and effectively to RFIs, RFPs, and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) covering functional, technical, security, and compliance aspects.

• Expertise in creating and delivering tailored Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and prototype integrations that demonstrate viability within the customer's existing technology framework.

• Contribute to and maintain a repository of reference architectures, solution accelerators, and technical decision guides for use across the solutions team.
