This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead technical engagements with CEOs, CTOs, engineering directors, and software engineers.
• Act as a vital member of the Mission Success team, overseeing the technical elements of direct customer interactions.
• Engage in go-to-market initiatives that include customer calls, technical presentations, upsell opportunities, product demonstrations, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops.
• Cultivate comprehensive technical expertise in Second Front products and represent 2F both internally and externally as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to ensure roadmaps align with market demands.
• Assist business development by creating and reviewing marketing materials (blogs, posts, technical documentation).
• Self-motivated individual who excels both independently and in collaborative environments.
• Significant client-facing experience, preferably within the Defense Industrial Base (partnerships or customer success).
• Practical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (certified or willing to pursue certification).
• Senior-level expertise in technical roles (software engineering, sales engineering, technical product management) with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Practical experience in software development, networking, or DevOps within cloud technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; adept at conveying information effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Previous experience in a federal/government-facing solutions architect position.
• Proven track record in supporting complex enterprise SaaS clients.
• Experience in communicating and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts or certifications (e.g., Security+).
• Familiarity with 2F’s technology stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Istio, Git, GitLab, Terraform, relational databases.
• Understanding of DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Active Security Clearance (TS/SCI).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
