This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver strategic guidance in the development and execution of solutions for large-scale initiatives.
• Foster innovation and thought leadership during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Sales teams during pre-sales efforts.
• Act as a primary escalation point for intricate technical challenges.
• Oversee the design and architecture of enterprise-scale solutions.
• Recognize and address risks associated with solution implementations.
• Actively participate in enhancing service delivery processes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Engage with clients to grasp their business challenges and objectives.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting role.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of core networking and infrastructure principles.
• Proficient with Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux environments.
• Skilled in scripting development utilizing various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.).
• Proficient in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
• Familiar with business application suites such as Microsoft 365.
• Capability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making processes.
