Senior Solution Owner – AI & Data Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Propel AI-Driven Product Innovation

• Establish product vision and roadmaps for client solutions utilizing GenAI, LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini), RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks

• Direct the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch for AI/ML products, ensuring alignment with client business goals and KPIs

• Create persuasive business cases by evaluating market opportunities, competitive positioning, and ROI forecasts for AI implementations

• Lead Complex Data & Migration Projects

• Manage product strategy for large-scale data migration initiatives across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Steer data product development, including ingestion pipelines, transformation layers, governance frameworks, and consumption APIs

• Guarantee data quality, security, compliance, and observability across all deliverables

• Advocate for Agile Delivery Excellence

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain well-organized backlogs with appropriately sized, technically detailed features and epics

• Set sprint goals that align with quarterly objectives and the overarching product vision

• Balance the management of technical debt with feature delivery, promoting architectural enhancements

• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, engineering teams, data architects, ML engineers, and UX designers to provide integrated solutions

• Convert technical capabilities into business value narratives tailored for various audiences, from developers to executive leadership

• Conduct design thinking workshops, user research sessions, and gap analyses to uncover insights and validate product direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully taking technical products from inception to scaling

• 3 to 5+ years of experience with AI/ML products, Generative AI, or data platform development

• 3 to 5+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong command of Agile methodologies and ceremonies

• Profound understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the modern data stack

• Extensive expertise in modern data architectures and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery

• Familiarity with GenAI technologies: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, vector databases, and embedding models

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI

• Knowledge of data migration strategies, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and metadata management

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business functions in intricate environments

• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, translating complex technical concepts into engaging narratives
