Expert Product Architect – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensono is in the process of developing a new suite of Managed AI Services, and we are seeking a Product Architect to establish the technical foundation. This is a senior, hands-on position where you will architect the construction, integration, and delivery of our AI services to enterprise clients.

• You will collaborate at the convergence of cloud platforms, AI/ML technologies, and managed services operations—creating solutions that incorporate third-party AI capabilities (such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.) into scalable, secure, enterprise-grade managed offerings.

• This role does not involve building AI models from the ground up; rather, it focuses on designing the infrastructure, integrations, and operational frameworks that enable Ensono to reliably provide AI services to clients.

• Although this is not primarily a client-facing role, you will occasionally interact with customers to grasp their requirements, translate those into technical architectures, and work closely with Security, the CTO office, and Operations to ensure our services are ready for production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technical architecture, cloud engineering, or platform engineering positions.

• Background in managed services: A comprehensive understanding of how managed services are designed, delivered, and operated—you have developed services that are maintained by operations teams, rather than just deployed and transferred. Prior experience with an MSP is advantageous.

• Expertise in cloud architecture: Proficient experience with Azure and/or AWS, encompassing compute, networking, security, and managed AI services (including Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker).

• Knowledge of MLOps and AI infrastructure: Experience in architecting ML pipelines, model serving infrastructure, and components of AI platforms.

• Skills in observability and monitoring: Experience in designing solutions for monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility.

• Experience with private/hybrid cloud: Familiarity with on-premises, hybrid, or private cloud architectures.

• Client-facing experience: Comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences, simplifying complex topics into clear recommendations.
