This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into business processes, collect requirements, identify operational challenges, and explore opportunities for AI integration.
• Create, test, enhance, and document reusable prompts and workflows for sanctioned large language model platforms.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows that boost operational efficiency and automate manual tasks.
• Facilitate demonstrations, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives to enable stakeholders to effectively utilize AI capabilities.
• Utilize authorized AI platforms to assist stakeholders with research, summarization, reporting, analysis, and the development of decision-support materials.
• Assess and validate AI-generated outputs to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and alignment with mission objectives.
• Investigate emerging AI technologies and pinpoint practical use cases that align with mission goals.
• Aid in rapid prototyping, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of AI solutions.
• Document AI use cases, workflows, insights, lessons learned, and recommendations.
• Work in partnership with technical teams to support deployment and integration efforts.
• Identify prospects for advanced AI capabilities, automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI solutions, coordinating with technical teams as necessary.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to address business, operational, academic, or technical issues.
• Proven experience in designing, testing, or refining prompts for generative AI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, LangFlow, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or conversational AI solutions.
• Exposure to APIs, scripting, software development, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Experience in identifying, documenting, or enhancing business processes.
• Experience in supporting AI adoption, user training, or technology implementation initiatives.
• Background in a federal government setting.
• Familiarity with prompt evaluation, output validation, and responsible AI practices.
