Senior Solution Manager – AI & Data Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision and roadmap for GenAI/LLM solutions (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini), RAG, and Agentic AI.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle (0→1 and scaling) in alignment with business KPIs.

• Develop business cases that include market analysis, ROI, and competitive positioning.

• Direct large-scale data migration initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Supervise data pipelines, transformation processes, governance, and APIs.

• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and observability.

• Facilitate Agile methodologies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.

• Decompose complex features into manageable incremental releases.

• Balance the delivery of features with the management of technical debt and architectural enhancements.

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, data scientists, and UX teams.

• Convert technical solutions into tangible business value.

• Conduct workshops, user research, and product validation sessions.

• Establish success metrics and analytics frameworks.

• Propel continuous improvement and conduct root-cause analysis.

• Aid in product adoption and change management initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management (0→1 and scaling).

• 3–5+ years of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or data platforms.

• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment.

• Proficient in English and German.

• Knowledge of GenAI: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI: LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI.

• Experience with data: ETL/ELT, data modeling, and migration strategies.

• Proficient in cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP, plus platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.

• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and AI observability.

• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Tableau/Power BI, and Git.

• Strong skills in design thinking, data-driven decision-making, and effective communication and storytelling.

• A proactive mindset; thrives in ambiguous situations with a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Engineering-oriented thinking with an understanding of AI-native development tools.

• Fluent in AI-driven automation, with practical experience in building productivity tools for personal or team use using Claude workflows/routines or similar tools, as well as automation platforms like n8n or equivalents.

• Creative, with experience in developing prototypes using Claude Code or comparable tools.
