Senior Solution Manager – AI, Data Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision and roadmaps for GenAI/LLM solutions (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini), RAG, and Agentic AI.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle (from conception to scaling) in alignment with business KPIs.

• Develop business cases that include market analysis, ROI, and competitive positioning.

• Lead extensive data migration efforts across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.

• Supervise data pipelines, transformations, governance, and APIs.

• Ensure the quality, security, compliance, and observability of data.

• Facilitate Agile processes, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

• Decompose complex features into manageable incremental releases.

• Balance the delivery of features with addressing technical debt and enhancing architecture.

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, data scientists, and UX teams.

• Convert technical solutions into business value.

• Conduct workshops, user research, and product validation activities.

• Define success metrics and create analytics frameworks.

• Promote continuous improvement and perform root-cause analyses.

• Assist in product adoption and manage change effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management (from conception to scaling).

• 3–5+ years of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or data platforms.

• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in a client-facing or consulting role.

• Proficient in English and German languages.

• Knowledge of GenAI concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI technologies: LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI.

• Understanding of data processes: ETL/ELT, data modeling, and migration strategies.

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP and related technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).

• Competence in MLOps, model deployment, and AI observability.

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Tableau/Power BI, and Git.
