Senior Solution Engineer – IT CoE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to foster innovative thinking and develop valuable automation concepts.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation and agentic opportunities.

• Create automation and agentic process workflows, define AI agents/skills, and design user interfaces.

• Construct and implement automations and agents utilizing the Automation Success Platform (Automation 360).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm designs, showcase completed automations, and produce solution artifacts for pre-sales.

• Evaluate AI needs, assess market tools, and provide guidance on new AI tools/models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of professional experience with a focus on automation and agentic technologies (A360, Enterprise Knowledge, Doc. Auto, etc.).

• Practical experience in process mapping and automation design.

• Demonstrated capability to handle data privacy, security, and compliance in automation applications.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience in IT and/or Security Operations, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies.
