Senior Solution Architect – Workday, ServiceNow HRSD Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture and solution design for intricate ServiceNow HRSD implementations, with a significant focus on integrating Workday with ServiceNow.

• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients engaged in HR transformation, assisting in the development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly solution strategies.

• Convert business requirements into comprehensive architecture, process design, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, delivery leaders, and technical teams to ensure platform capabilities are aligned with business goals.

• Provide consultative leadership during workshops, discovery sessions, design reviews, and discussions with executives.

• Design integrations between Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, covering employee lifecycle events, case management, data synchronization, and related HR workflows.

• Define and assess integration methodologies utilizing APIs, middleware, orchestration tools, and enterprise integration frameworks.

• Ensure that designs uphold data integrity, security, scalability, maintainability, and performance across systems.

• Work alongside integration developers and technical architects to verify solution feasibility and delivery quality.

• Diagnose and guide the resolution of complex integration and platform issues.

• Lead solution design throughout the entire project life cycle, from initial strategy and estimation to implementation, testing, go-live, and optimization.

• Create high-quality architecture deliverables, including solution designs, integration specifications, data flow documentation, and technical recommendations.

• Assist project teams in identifying risks, dependencies, constraints, and devising mitigation plans.

• Review configurations and custom development to ensure they align with architectural standards and best practices.

• Guide consultants, developers, and client teams on HRSD architecture and integration design principles.

• Possess a robust understanding of large-scale enterprise environments and the challenges associated with cross-functional transformation programs.

• Aid clients in modernizing HR service delivery by enhancing experiences, streamlining integrations, and optimizing operating models.

• Contribute to NewRocket’s growth by facilitating pre-sales discussions, shaping solutions, and expanding strategic accounts as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

• Significant experience with Workday integrations, including comprehensive HR data flows and process orchestration.

• Proven experience in solution architecture, integration architecture, and technical design.

• Capable of understanding, reviewing, and collaborating closely with code, APIs, scripts, and integration frameworks.

• Experience designing solutions in a consultative services environment.

• Strong enterprise consulting experience with large, complex clients.

• Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing design discussions and influence both technical and business stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
