This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate scoping and discovery sessions alongside sales and client teams to thoroughly understand business requirements, particularly focusing on high-value HLS use cases.
• Collaborate with clients to design solutions that best address their needs, including providing best practice recommendations, real-time solution suggestions, and pertinent questions that may not have been anticipated prior to the discussion.
• Comprehend the customers’ business strategy and direction to architect solutions that achieve their business goals and objectives.
• Work collaboratively throughout the sales process with Sales, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and others.
• Introduce innovative ideas that highlight Talkdesk’s competitive edge and disruptive approach.
• Develop precise Statements of Work and proposed solutions that include all requirements, deliverables, timelines, tasks, and pricing, which encompasses the creation of HLS-specific SOWs and standardized workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Talkdesk’s product, implementation, and sales teams to identify issues, close gaps, and enhance SOWs and the SOW process. This involves establishing structured accountability to minimize technical readiness gaps and scope creep related to Health IT Architecture.
• Attain an in-depth understanding of the product and work closely with product and engineering teams to identify product gaps and incorporate new features and products into the roadmap.
• Team with sales, product, and engineering to prioritize products and features based on client requirements.
• Effectively convey client requirements and program characteristics, including intricate EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and U.S. health system nuances, to internal stakeholders. Ensure alignment between the client’s goals and Talkdesk’s product offerings and implementation methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of departmental methodologies and tools aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.
• Utilize strong technical expertise to identify process enhancements and technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience in a technical role.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development, emphasizing AI or automation solutions within a SaaS context.
• Minimum of 3 years in solution architecture, preferably in a pre-sales capacity.
• Experience with or integration of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth) is required.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, CMS guidelines).
• A demonstrated history of designing software solutions for enterprise-level clients.
• Proficient in creating SaaS-based solutions, adept at navigating complex sales environments, and skilled in solution-based selling to CXO, senior management, and director-level personnel.
• Analytical with strong business acumen, possessing an engaging personality and a true consulting approach, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to individuals across various backgrounds and skill levels.
• A genuine passion for helping others resolve challenges and a proven capability to grasp progressive technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude, exhibiting discretion and sensitivity when interacting with clients.
• Capability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM platforms is preferred.
