Senior Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to the client.

• Assist customers and colleagues in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies that enhance business value.

• Guide agents to facilitate delivery.

• Collaborate effectively, demonstrating strong communication skills, particularly in conveying complex concepts and engaging in creative, prescriptive thinking at various levels within a client organization.

• Identify and proactively address risk factors, ensuring issues are resolved completely.

• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions for complex challenges involving both clients and third-party partners.

• Assess and adjust project/program direction, methodologies, and key artifacts to keep initiatives on course while ensuring solutions are sustainable and maintainable in the future.

• Propel a program vision while advising on and articulating project strategies that facilitate technologies, including the Salesforce platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects utilizing both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.

• More than 3 years of experience in Consumer Goods with practical cloud expertise and a profound understanding of Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management.

• Extensive experience in configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform.

• Proven ability to drive effective delivery, with experience in AI toolchains (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud, etc.).

• Expert-level experience in defining system architecture landscapes, recognizing gaps between current and desired states, and delivering comprehensive solutions that achieve targeted business outcomes.

• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs.

• Proficient in documenting business processes and creating wireframes for system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc., along with making recommendations for enhanced future state processes and system designs.

• Strong presentation skills; capable of effectively conveying a perspective and clearly articulating the rationale to various stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented individual with the capacity to quickly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; adept at developing materials suitable for the intended audience.

• Must demonstrate teamwork as evidenced by customer qualifications from large-scale/enterprise implementations with multiple work streams.

• A keen listener with the ability to interact with individuals across diverse roles.

• A resourceful and innovative thinker who can navigate and resolve challenges.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
