Senior Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and architecture of the client's Agiloft instance, ensuring that solutions are efficient, effective, scalable, maintainable, and align with enterprise-level complexities.

• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements.

• Create detailed design documents and implementation plans to facilitate team collaboration and execution.

• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

• Handle client interactions, addressing escalations with a solutions-oriented approach.

• Produce comprehensive documentation and client training to guarantee successful adoption of solutions.

• Offer insights to product and engineering teams to foster ongoing product enhancements.

• Support and advise system integration (SI) partners to improve overall implementation results.

• Contribute to internal projects focused on refining implementation processes and enhancing client success.

• Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of Agiloft product offerings, roadmap, and best practices.

• Effectively leverage product knowledge to deliver high-quality consulting services.

• Actively learn and integrate new features, including AI-enabled capabilities, translating them into added customer value.

• Use AI responsibly to boost efficiency, productivity, and value delivery, continuously assessing areas where AI can enhance processes, workflows, and outcomes.

• Approximately 10% travel is required.

• Additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

• 4-8 years of experience as a Solution Architect in Legal Tech/CLM or equivalent demonstrated experience. A minimum of 1 year of experience with Agiloft is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of SaaS technologies and database concepts.

• Proven expertise in managing timelines, business requirements, and client expectations in complex projects.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.

• A growth mindset and a willingness to contribute beyond the defined scope of the role to support the success of the company.
