This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the formulation of the quality strategy within your team, taking into account all facets of the solution, from defining requirements to the development of code.
• Create and implement test scenarios derived from business requirements in the form of user stories, along with managing testing activities and becoming acquainted with the utilized tools.
• Build automated tests for web services and user interfaces (API, web, and mobile).
• Engage throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from initial conception to deployment in production and subsequent maintenance.
• Collaborate in product design initiatives.
• Participate in Quality Chapters and Communities of Practice, fostering and advancing a culture of quality among colleagues and teams within our operations.
• Proficient experience across the complete software development lifecycle.
• Development of test strategies at various levels (Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance) utilizing both manual and automated testing methods.
• Design and execution of automated tests (for Services/APIs, web interfaces, mobile) with execution in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Conduct testing on mobile applications (both physical and virtual devices) as well as financial applications.
• Implement enhancements in processes, technology, and tooling for the team and operations to improve quality.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration within teams, particularly with Agile Testing.
• Validation of non-functional requirements.
• Validation of deployments within the production environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Java.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit.
• Knowledge of frameworks and tools such as Rest Assured, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, BrowserStack.
• Understanding of software development practices and design patterns.
• 14th and 15th fixed salary payments.
