Senior Software Engineer – TypeScript, Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Design and develop full-stack applications focused on business needs within a cutting-edge, evolving environment.

• Collaborate with event-driven systems (SQS/SNS) to develop robust, decoupled services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS).

• Solid understanding of industry best practices (SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DDD, TDD...).

• Extensive experience in delivering successful products that provide high value to internal, B2B, or B2C users.

• Strong background in addressing complex backend challenges: deconstructing monoliths, creating systems from scratch, rules-based engines, and intricate third-party integrations.

• Pragmatic, adaptable, and results-driven with a problem-solving orientation.

• A product-oriented mindset—you prioritize user experience alongside coding.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL—schema design, migrations, and query optimization.

• Strong sense of ownership: autonomous, innovative, and capable of driving initiatives independently.

• Excellent communication skills in English (French is an advantage).
