Senior Software Engineer – Rust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

• Evaluate business needs and devise appropriate solutions.

• Create and sustain high-caliber software utilizing Rust.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Review and troubleshoot code to ensure program accuracy.

• Perform performance tuning, optimization, and capacity management.

• Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Work collaboratively with product managers and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

• Effectively document processes, methodologies, and code.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience using Rust in a professional setting.

• In-depth knowledge of systems programming concepts and performance enhancement.

• Experience in software architecture and design principles.

• Familiar with Agile development practices.

• Skilled in creating and utilizing APIs.

• Strong grasp of concurrency, parallelism, and multi-threading.

• Familiarity with additional programming languages (e.g., C++, Python) is advantageous.

• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
