Senior Software Engineer – React Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

• Create, develop, and uphold high-quality mobile applications utilizing React Native.

• Establish benchmarks for high-quality code and oversee the development of complex software systems.

• Play a pivotal role in technical decision-making, participate in strategic technical discussions, and influence product/domain choices with a thorough understanding of engineering best practices.

• Guide both junior and senior engineers, offering constructive feedback to enhance their skills.

• Acquire mastery over multiple technologies and remain updated with emerging tools and trends.

• Design and execute scalable, maintainable, and fault-tolerant systems, demonstrating a profound knowledge of complex software development architecture and design patterns.

• Lead and collaborate on intricate projects, fostering feedback and growth across various teams.

• Propel process enhancements and set an example through extensive experience in diverse software development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software development, specializing in web and mobile applications.

• Profound knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and adeptness with React Native frameworks.

• Extensive experience in API design, security, and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Next.js and WebSockets.

• Proficient in frontend testing frameworks.

• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

• Strong grasp of UI/UX best practices and principles.

• Background in a large technology organization or a rapidly growing startup.

• Practical experience in mobile applications related to trading, crypto, or fintech.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of native mobile app development (Objective-C/Kotlin/Java) for both iOS and Android platforms.
