Senior Software Engineer, Quality Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and execute AI agents that assist developers and quality engineers throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Advance beyond conventional automation by developing systems that adaptively modify test coverage in response to code alterations and system behavior.

• Detect bottlenecks in testing and CI/CD workflows, addressing them through intelligent automation to minimize manual effort and enhance feedback loops.

• Integrate AI capabilities into actual development environments.

• Develop comprehensive systems and tools (TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, Java, Python) that will drive Airbnb’s AI quality platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience in high-scale environments.

• Proficiency with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, developer experience tools, or quality engineering platforms.

• Practical experience in developing applications utilizing LLMs (prompting, APIs, etc.) is a significant advantage.

• Experience in constructing both client-side and server-side systems.

• Knowledge of distributed systems, CI/CD workflows, and large-scale software architectures.

• Strong capability to collaborate across teams and articulate complex concepts clearly.
