⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining production systems.

• Strong full-stack or backend-oriented technical skills — capable of designing, writing, reviewing, and debugging high-quality code autonomously.

• Practical experience with contemporary web technology stacks, preferably including Python, Django, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

• Proven proficiency with AI-assisted development tools integrated into real engineering workflows.

• Excellent system design capabilities encompassing APIs, data flows, integrations, reliability, observability, performance, and security considerations.

• High autonomy in uncertain environments — able to establish clarity and propel work forward without waiting for ideal requirements.

• Strong commitment to ownership regarding production outcomes: the behavior of systems post-launch is important to you.

• Effective communication skills with engineers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders.
