This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• We are seeking a driven full-stack engineer who is dedicated to addressing customer challenges and making strategic long-term decisions to resolve them not only in the present but also in our future offerings and products.
• You will take charge of a significant portion of one of our products and manage projects from inception to completion, embracing roles typically associated with product and design.
• Your responsibilities will include researching competitors, drafting product specifications, creating wireframes, and more.
• You will design and develop an automated interview scheduling system.
• You will create a versatile declarative filter architecture that enables users to generate intricate filters for any record while maintaining a consistent user interface and translating it to SQL in our backend.
• You will define, design, and implement a feature that allows users to finalize signing offers entirely within Ashby.
• You are comfortable addressing any aspect of a technology stack.
• You have worked on projects with significant product and technical uncertainty, and you excel at navigating the intersection of both.
• You understand how to find the right equilibrium between speed and quality.
• You are ambitious and consistently seek to enhance your skills.
• You are a strong collaborator and communicator.
• You aim to create leverage in your work.
• You require company-driven processes and structures to successfully complete your projects.
• You desire to engage in stimulating work.

• You have not previously led or taken ownership of projects.
