This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a driven full-stack engineer who is dedicated to addressing customer challenges and making strategic long-term decisions to resolve them not only in the present but also in our future offerings and products.

• You will take charge of a significant portion of one of our products and manage projects from inception to completion, embracing roles typically associated with product and design.

• Your responsibilities will include researching competitors, drafting product specifications, creating wireframes, and more.

• You will design and develop an automated interview scheduling system.

• You will create a versatile declarative filter architecture that enables users to generate intricate filters for any record while maintaining a consistent user interface and translating it to SQL in our backend.

• You will define, design, and implement a feature that allows users to finalize signing offers entirely within Ashby.

• You wish to mentor less experienced engineers.

• For you, a tech lead, staff, or principal engineer is someone who primarily focuses on project management or conducting architecture reviews.
