Senior Software Engineer, .NET – Cloud Migration, GCP to AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Enhance applications built using .NET/C# to leverage native AWS services.

• Refactor components to eliminate dependencies specific to GCP.

• Modify integrations among APIs, messaging systems, databases, and managed services.

• Engage in defining the migration architecture from GCP to AWS.

• Create solutions that adhere to best practices for distributed architecture, performance, and scalability.

• Offer technical assistance for application evolution throughout the modernization journey.

• Software Engineering expertise

• Proficiency in C#

• Experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+

• Knowledge of REST APIs

• Familiarity with Microservices

• Understanding of distributed architecture

• Knowledge of design patterns

• Adherence to SOLID principles

• Experience with Clean Architecture

• Commitment to Clean Code practices

• Competence in automated testing

• Familiar with CI/CD processes

• Proficient in Git

• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform services

• Experience with GKE

• Familiarity with Pub/Sub

• Knowledge of Firestore

• Experience with AWS services

• Familiarity with EKS or ECS/Fargate

• Experience with SNS

• Knowledge of SQS

• Proficient in DynamoDB

• Familiarity with CloudWatch

• Experience with X-Ray

• Knowledge of SQL Server
