Senior Software Engineer – .NET, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and develop scalable backend services utilizing C# and the .NET framework.

• Construct modern frontend applications using Angular 16+ or comparable frameworks.

• Design and execute REST APIs and service integrations.

• Engage with relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL, emphasizing query optimization and performance enhancement.

• Implement JSON-based configurations and enable dynamic UI generation.

• Work with NoSQL databases, especially Amazon DocumentDB.

• Produce high-quality code adhering to Shift Left engineering methodologies.

• Develop unit tests and integration tests to guarantee system reliability.

• Diagnose performance issues, production bugs, and system bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with distributed teams spanning engineering, product, and architecture.

• Embrace AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

• Engage in architecture discussions, technical evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Profound expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

• Extensive experience with Angular (16+) or other contemporary frontend frameworks.

• Experience in developing cloud-based applications using AWS or other leading cloud service providers.

• Practical experience with Entity Framework.

• Strong background in relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

• Experience in query optimization and performance tuning for databases.

• Familiarity with JSON data models and dynamic UI configurations.

• Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably Amazon DocumentDB.

• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities.

• Experience in implementing unit tests and integration testing.

• Experience in Shift Left development environments.

• Capability to deliver high-quality code with minimal defect rates.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
