Senior Software Engineer – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the architectural design and quality of implementation for ServiceCore’s mobile application.

• Establish the testing strategy tailored for mobile applications.

• Lead initiatives to reduce mobile-specific technical debt.

• Guide SE1s and SE2s within your pod through code reviews, collaborative coding, and direct feedback.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams on user experience decisions.

• Spearhead AI-assisted development within your team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in mobile development.

• Excellent command of React Native.

• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and React.

• Comprehensive understanding of mobile-specific issues, including offline synchronization, push notifications, device performance, background tasks, and app store submissions.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.

• Proven capability to architect mobile systems effectively.

• History of mentoring junior engineers and enhancing the technical quality of your team.

• Ability to engage thoughtfully with the rationale behind features.
