Senior Software Engineer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the essential operations of the company by aiding in the design and development of software within an event-driven microservices framework.

• Create microservices using Golang.

• Collaborate with platform engineers to establish new services.

• Address production issues and alerts promptly.

• When required, engage directly with client technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally within the FinTech industry.

• A modest and proactive get-it-done attitude; you thrive in resourceful environments, transitioning from concept to execution.

• Strong problem-solving abilities - adept at diagnosing complex systems.

• Extensive expertise in Golang, along with a solid understanding of SQL and database schema design.

• Comfortable with uncertainty; capable of independently formulating and testing clear hypotheses while solving problems without explicit guidance.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Experience in a banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service business.

• Familiarity with digital assets.
