This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical implementation of our MCP server platform, agent orchestration layer, and internal tools.

• Design, develop, and manage Model Context Protocol servers that provide CRM, ticketing, analytics, and communication data to AI agents throughout the GTM stack.

• Implement Okta PKCE authentication processes and enforce RBAC policies to ensure agents can only access the data they are authorized to handle.

• Manage deployment infrastructure on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway) and contribute to GCP workloads as needed.

• Oversee observability, including structured logging, distributed tracing, latency SLOs, and on-call runbooks for every production server.

• Create and maintain multi-step autonomous agents that carry out end-to-end GTM workflows.

• Design prompt engineering frameworks, tool-call schemas, and agent evaluation harnesses that ensure AI behavior is predictable and auditable.

• Deliver AI-driven internal applications (web apps, CLI tools, Slack integrations) that are user-friendly for non-technical GTM stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and GTM Engineering teams on unified API standards, data contracts, and integration patterns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.

• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js — producing idiomatic, typed, and testable server-side code.

• Strong expertise in Python — capable of writing automation scripts, data pipelines, and scripts for AI/ML tooling.

• Significant experience with AWS deployment: Lambda, Bedrock, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch.

• Proven experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or similar) and delivering AI-driven features to end users.

• Solid grounding in REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication, and secure credential management.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, or SAM), and awareness of cloud costs.

• Strong written communication skills: producing design documents, ADRs, and runbooks that are effectively utilized.

• A history of leveraging AI tools (LLM assistants, copilots, agentic workflows) as a true productivity enhancer — rather than a novelty.
