Senior Software Engineer II, Agentic Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the technical and product roadmap by providing insights and effort estimates during both initiative discovery and execution phases.

• Work alongside product managers and engineers to convert business requirements into sophisticated and effective technical solutions.

• Proactively identify and address challenges before they escalate into obstacles — pinpoint potential failure points, devise solutions, and thoughtfully assess trade-offs.

• Mentor and assist colleagues by sharing knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, and engaging in technical discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering (backend, full-stack, or systems).

• Strong proficiency in Golang, Typescript, and React.

• Significant experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound design and development trade-offs within your area of expertise and offer high-level guidance to others.

• Experience in collaborating with Product Management and cross-functional teams to scope and execute long-term strategies.

• A strong sense of code ownership and technical stewardship, emphasizing clarity, maintainability, and performance.

• Operate with a thorough understanding of domain boundaries and stakeholder objectives, facilitating forward-thinking architectural decisions.

• Proven leadership through mentorship, collaboration, and sharing of knowledge.

• While not mandatory, familiarity with Gemini, LangChain, or other agentic and AI workflow technologies is highly advantageous. Knowledge of modern LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration tools, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
