This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take full ownership: You don’t merely resolve tickets; you are accountable for the results. If a feature malfunctions or a customer encounters an issue, you ensure the solution is implemented, regardless of where the problem lies within the system.

• Embrace a "whatever it takes" mindset: You exhibit flexibility. Should the frontend lead be unavailable or an infrastructure issue arise, you’re prepared to step in, acquire new knowledge, and facilitate the team’s progress.
• Collaborate with AI as a partner: We utilize AI tools daily to enhance our efficiency. You’ll be expected to harness these tools to tackle "impossible" challenges while maintaining our high standards of quality.
• Propel the team forward: You will offer technical leadership, ensuring that we make informed decisions and address technical debt before it hinders our progress.
• Practical experience: You have spent a minimum of 5 to 7 years developing software that functions reliably in high-traffic, production settings.
• Backend expertise: You are highly skilled in Golang, with proficiency in PHP being a plus.
• AI proficiency: You have integrated AI into your workflows and understand how to leverage it for writing superior code and debugging complicated systems.
• Strong foundational knowledge: You possess a thorough understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns that enable you to build scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills: You have a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Full-stack adaptability: You are comfortable with React or JavaScript when necessary to complete a project successfully.
• Familiarity with Cloud and Infrastructure: You have sufficient experience with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes to comprehend how your code operates in real-world environments.
• A mentoring attitude: You naturally elevate the performance of those around you through insightful code reviews and shared expertise.
