Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack, SaaS-Produkte

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In our agile development team, you will actively contribute to the architecture of a growing SaaS product.

• You will design, develop, and scale distributed systems and microservices, always focusing on maintainability and stability.

• You will actively shape core functionalities and technical foundations for a cloud-based product.

• You will develop data models, structure databases, and optimize access for performance and scalability.

• You will create high-performance APIs and modern frontends, covering everything from the backend to the user interface.

• You will enhance existing systems, strategically reduce technical debt, and establish clear structures.

• You will design applications to ensure they remain stable, observable, and efficient even with increased usage.

• You will collaborate closely with the PO and UX, making technical decisions transparent and advancing the team's expertise through your experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in developing complex software systems, ideally in the SaaS/Cloud environment.

• Knowledge of software architecture for distributed systems and scalable applications.

• Solid practical experience with microservices, API design, and modern backend architectures.

• Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and ideally experienced with NestJS.

• Experience with frontend technologies, such as Vue.js, along with a good understanding of full-stack relationships.

• Familiarity with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), data modeling, and performance optimization.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to make technical decisions that are clear and justifiable.

• Fluency in German and good command of English.
