⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of engineering experience.

• Full-stack capabilities: Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and contemporary frontend frameworks such as React and Svelte.

• Depth in distributed systems: Familiarity with microservices and Kafka-based event-driven architectures, Kubernetes, and AWS.

• Observability-first approach: Implement instrumentation for your deployments using tools like Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry.

• AI-focused engineer: Leverage AI tools throughout the development process.

• Systems-oriented and customer-centric: Break down complex systems into clear boundaries and user-friendly interfaces.

• Effective communicator: Convey information effectively with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.
