β€’ Develop robust tools for buyers.

β€’ Lead the creation of our advanced buyer platform.

β€’ Construct and enhance the matching engine.

β€’ Design for scalability: Create and manage microservices and distributed, event-driven architectures.

β€’ Enhance the seller experience: Simplify the process for sellers to comprehend their options and accurately price their items.

β€’ Adopt an AI-first methodology in development.

β€’ Take full ownership of outcomes: Lead projects from inception to completion.

β€’ Facilitate cross-functional execution: Convert strategy into precise technical plans.

β€’ Connect the ecosystem: Ensure smooth liquidity transitions across the wider PSA enterprise.

β€’ Maintain clear communication at all levels.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 6 years of engineering experience.

β€’ Full-stack capabilities: Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and contemporary frontend frameworks such as React and Svelte.

β€’ Depth in distributed systems: Familiarity with microservices and Kafka-based event-driven architectures, Kubernetes, and AWS.

β€’ Observability-first approach: Implement instrumentation for your deployments using tools like Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry.

β€’ AI-focused engineer: Leverage AI tools throughout the development process.

β€’ Systems-oriented and customer-centric: Break down complex systems into clear boundaries and user-friendly interfaces.

β€’ Effective communicator: Convey information effectively with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.

β€’ Ownership mentality: Strong commitment to ownership and excellence in a dynamic, self-driven environment.

β€’ An enthusiasm for collecting is an added advantage.
