Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the complete full-stack development process, encompassing the design of backend APIs and the implementation of front-end components.

• Act as a key contributor to the agentic transition.

• Make a significant impact by developing and continuously enhancing our microservices built on Python and Java.

• Collaborate with fellow engineers to collectively create and refine technical designs and solutions.

• Work closely with essential partners including data science, product management, design, and behavioral health specialists.

• Adhere to and advocate for best practices throughout all software development phases, maintaining the highest quality and security standards.

• Lead ongoing technical enhancements for our platforms and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in developing enterprise or consumer web applications.

• Professional expertise with AI tools and agent-based software development.

• Relevant professional experience in building scalable back-end services and APIs utilizing Python and/or Java/Spring.

• Relevant professional experience in developing web applications using React.js, React Native, and TypeScript.

• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
