Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable PHP APIs, services, and solutions from inception to deployment as part of a dedicated product team.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, encompassing design, development, testing, deployment, code reviews, debugging, and documentation.

• Address complex challenges by crafting software within the framework of our extensive distributed systems.

• Produce clean, reusable, and high-quality code, following best practices and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of those practices.

• Ensure that technical choices align with our objectives for quality, performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security.

• Develop new features with an emphasis on testability and extensibility.

• Enhance existing software for greater efficiency.

• Promote innovation and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

• Champion modern development methodologies and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of programming experience.

• More than 2 years of experience in PHP (strongly preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience with MySQL or similar technologies.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with HTML/JS/TS/SCSS.

• Familiarity with a modern JS framework is an advantage (experience with Angular and Bootstrap is a plus).

• Knowledge of caching technologies is beneficial (e.g., Redis).

• Proficient in Git.

• Strong grasp of distributed systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• A BS degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
