Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of Prophet’s frontend utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Develop and sustain scalable component libraries, design systems, and development standards.

• Collaborate with product and design leaders to transform complex functionalities into elegant, high-performing user interfaces.

• Propel frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and reliability across various browsers and environments.

• Work alongside backend teams to define robust and efficient APIs and data flows.

• Oversee technical reviews, mentorship, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.

• Contribute to the long-term product strategy and decisions regarding the technical roadmap.

• Advocate for excellence in frontend engineering and promote an exceptional user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and HTML/CSS.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex, high-performing UI architectures.

• Strong grasp of design systems, state management, and scalable component frameworks.

• Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility and product intuition, with experience in creating intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.

• Experience in mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and establishing technical standards.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

• Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML-driven interfaces, or real-time data visualization.
