
Senior Software Engineer – Fleet Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality software.
• Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of fleet maintenance solutions for clients.
• Engage in the collaborative design and architectural development of features.
• Produce well-tested, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct research and develop prototypes and spikes as needed to validate assumptions and assess technical feasibility.
• Have a significant role in the development and planning processes.
• Conduct thorough reviews of peers’ code to maintain quality and consistency while sharing knowledge.
• Over 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• More than 2 years of experience with ReactJS and Typescript.
• Diverse experience in building full-stack web-based systems and features.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Comfortable discussing trade-offs between speed, quality, maintainability, and business impact.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers to balance technical requirements with customer and business needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail in implementing UI designs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in writing unit and UI tests.
• Informed about the current landscape of the Ruby on Rails and React ecosystems.
