Senior Software Engineer, Edge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance software for data collection agents

• Collaborate effectively with UX designers, Product Managers, and fellow engineers

• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle

• Create automated tests and detailed test plans

• Assist in maintaining and supporting our SaaS products

• This role will involve stand-by, on-call, or off-hours responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Strong grasp of operating system principles

• Outstanding troubleshooting and debugging abilities

• Demonstrated capability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Experience utilizing the latest AI tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong commitment to ownership and accountability

• An unwavering drive to transform ideas into high-quality software

• Professional experience in software development using TypeScript and Node.js

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience with assertion frameworks and tools (e.g., Mocha)

• Previous experience working on data-intensive applications and data stream processing

• Experience working remotely across different time zones
